How do I return my items?

Do not return any damaged items unless you’re asked to do so by a member of our support team. Sending an item without being instructed or without initiating a request form may result in a much slower turnaround time for us solve your problem.

We may or may not accept returns and/or exchanges, depending on the circumstance you may be having from one of these scenarios below:

Damaged items or with problem

If you have received a damaged item or that it has any problems please follow this link in order to initiate the proper process and assist you ASAP.

You have received the wrong item

If you have received an item that’s different from the one you ordered please go to this link and we’ll help you resolving your situation right away!

The item doesn’t fit properly

We are sorry if any of the items you ordered from us didn’t fit according to your preferences. We know that when it comes to clothing, fitment is based on individual preference. Therefore we will more than happy to assist you with exchanging the items for you, where we will cover your originally ordered item plus the shipping cost of you sending it back to us. Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, we will issue you a store credit covering the cost of the returned items plus the cost of what you paid for shipping the items back to us. Learn more about our FREE Exchange Process.

Please Note: We have a very detailed and specific Size Guide available on every single product page that you can use for reference before purchasing any of our products in the size you need. If you believe there’s a mistake with the size guides, according to your measurements, please submit a request.

Return process

After your request has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Support team, we will send you return instructions in order to assist you right away.

In addition, depending of the specific circumstance you had, we may also offer you some store credit/discount in appreciation and apology for the trouble created.

Sometimes, depending on each case, we may decide not to ask you to return the item and give you a store credit in order to solve your problem quicker.
