The item doesn’t fit properly

We typically don’t offer returns or exchanges to items that don’t fit properly. We have a very detailed and specific Size Guide available on every single product page that you can use for reference before purchasing any of our products in the size you need. However, we know and understand mistakes happen. Therefore in specific circumstances, upon reviewing your case and the returned items, we may exchange the item for you. If you believe there’s a mistake with the size guides, according to your measurements, please submit a request.

Return process

After your request has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Support team (where we determined if the mistake was on our end), we will send you a return label so you can send your item back to us, free of charge.

In addition, depending of the specific circumstance you had, we may also offer you some store credit/discount in appreciation and apology for the trouble created.

Sometimes, depending on each case, we may decide not to ask you to return the item and give you a store credit in order to solve your problem quicker.
