Do not return any damaged items unless you’re asked to do so by a member of our support team. Sending an item without being instructed or without initiating a request form may result in a much slower turnaround time for us solve your problem.
We may or may not accept returns and/or exchanges, depending on the circumstance you may be having from one of these scenarios below:
Damaged items or with problem
If you have received a damaged item or that it has any problems please follow this link in order to initiate the proper process and assist you ASAP.
You have received the wrong item
If you have received an item that’s different from the one you ordered please go to this link and we’ll help you resolving your situation right away!
The item doesn’t fit properly
We typically don’t offer returns or exchanges to items that don’t fit properly. We have a very detailed and specific Size Guide available on every single product page that you can use for reference in order to purchase the size you need. However, we know and understand mistakes happen. Therefore in specific circumstances, upon reviewing your case and the returned items, we may exchange the item for you. If you believe there’s a mistake with the size guides, according to your measurements, please submit a request.
After your request has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Support team (where we determined the mistake was on our end), we will send you a return label so you can send your item back to us, free of charge.
In addition, depending of the specific circumstance you had, we will also offer you some store credit/discount in appreciation and apology for the trouble created.
Sometimes, depending on each case, we may decide not to ask you to return the item and give you a store credit in order to solve your problem quicker.
