Do not return any items unless you’re asked to do so by a member of our support team. Sending an item without being instructed or without initiating a request form may result in a much slower turnaround time for us solve your problem.
It’s very unlikely that we send you the wrong item, but if we did, we apologize. Please Contact Us immediately with the following information below to ensure that we can get this taken care of for you right away:
- Your order number.
- The name of the item you did not receive.
- The name of the item you received in it’s place.
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo.
As soon as we’ve received all the information above, our Customer Support team will contact you to solve and fix this problem for you ASAP.
- We may ask you to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process.
- All claims and order with wrong items must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
