Has my returned item been received yet?

Once we review your request, if we decide to receive your item back (since in some cases we may not require you to do so in order to expedite the process of solving the problem) we will send you a return label which will contain a tracking number. From there you will be able to track your package all the way back to us.

Either way, as soon as we receive your package, we will contact you with an update via email after taking proper action towards solving any problem you had with your order.

You can also check any of your requests status by going to My Requests.
