If you have received a defective item in your order, please Contact Us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Which item is damaged.
  • A description
  • Photographic evidence.

Reporting Procedure

Do not return any damaged items unless you’re asked to do so by a member of our support team. Sending an item without being instructed or without initiating a request form may result in a much slower turnaround time for us to solve your problem.

If your order package and its item(s) have been damaged upon delivery, please take photos for evidence and submit them along with your request to us.

Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Important Notes

  1. Please do not try to fix the defective product yourself since this could void the warranty of the it since we wouldn’t be able to confirm and take notes of the original defect.
  2. All claims for damaged/broken items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  3. We cannot action a refund, credit or replacement until a member from our support team has verified and authenticated the damage to the item.
