If you just created an account with us and can’t view an order you placed in the past, it may be because you placed it using a guest account. Don’t worry, we can find and link past guest orders you made under your newly created account.
Please gather the following information and follow the steps below:
- Look for an email confirmation of the order
- Locate the Order ID and E-Mail you used when made that purchase.
- Submit a Request to us with the information above.
As soon as we review and find your information we will link those order to your account.
