I can’t see my order in my account

If you just created an account with us and can’t view an order you placed in the past, it may be because you placed it using a guest account. Don’t worry, we can find and link past guest orders you made under your newly created account.

Please gather the following information and follow the steps below:

  1. Look for an email confirmation of the order
  2. Locate the Order ID and E-Mail you used when made that purchase.
  3. Submit a Request to us with the information above.

As soon as we review and find your information we will link those order to your account.
