Do not return any items unless you’re asked to do so by a member of our support team. Sending an item without being instructed or without initiating a request form may result in a much slower turnaround time for us solve your problem.

Like we describe in this article, we may or may not accept returns and/or exchanges, depending on the circumstance you may have encountered.

General Refund Policy

Our customers’ complete satisfaction is the number one priority to all of us at ALPHA Territory.

In simple words, if there’s a mistake we made on our end with an order or product, please communicate it to us. We will work with you along the way to help you with the problem, whether is exchanging the item for you, giving you store credit, and in applicable circumstances, if you didn’t like the item for any reasons (and the items is returned to us in the same “new’ condition without suffering any damage or alteration) we will happily give you a refund or a store credit to purchase something else from our store (whichever works for you better).
