Damaged Items

We know returns can be a headache. You ordered something, and now you have to return it (bummer!). But don’t worry! We’ve have establish a mechanism where this process can be as smooth as possible.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please read the following notes below regarding our returns and exchanges policy.

  1. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. All items must be unworn & unwashed.
  3. Items cannot shown any sign of damage.
  4. Items cannot shown any stains or any other sign of wear.
  5. Items cannot be returned if the size label or hang tags have been removed.
  6. Each item needs to be in their original individual bag they were received.
  7. A restocking fee may be applied to the returned item depending of its condition when received.
  8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  9. ALPHA Territory is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  10. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
    • We reserve the right to issue a refund if an item is not approved after being inspected due to failure to comply with any of the requirements above.
    • The buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs to return an item unless the mistake was made on our end with the item or order the item belongs to.
      • We may refund you the the shipping costs if circumstances have changed where we discover there was any mistake on our end, or something we could have done better. Your customer satisfaction will always be our priority.
    • The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges if they want the unaccepted item to be sent back to them.
      • Depending of the circumstances of your case, we may cover the shipping cost of sending your item back upon reviewing them.
